John Jordan

John Jordan leads The Academy, Bank of America’s onboarding and skill development institution that supplies award-winning and innovative programs to more than 200,000 employees nationwide. In more than 20 years with Bank of America, Jordan has excelled in various leadership roles and has overseen analytics, sales, operations, client experience, and relationship programs, including the company’s acclaimed Preferred Rewards program. Jordan serves as an executive sponsor for Bank of America’s Disability Action Network, taking a lead role in fostering diversity and inclusion within the organization. He is also a founding board member of Next Step Clubhouse, a nonprofit that provides facilities and programs for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
