Kitty Chaney Reed
Kitty Chaney Reed is IBM’s Chief Leadership, Culture, and Inclusion Officer, bringing more than 25 years of hands-on experience and a wide range of expertise in technology and business. She leads a global team focused on fostering an inclusive culture and addressing societal issues impacting IBM employees and their communities. Chaney Reed is a dedicated advocate for workplace diversity and received the Georgia Diversity Council’s Most Powerful and Influential Woman Award in 2015. She’s an alumnus of the prestigious Leadership Atlanta Program, holds the role of executive sponsor for the Atlanta Global Women in IBM initiative, and actively participates on IBM’s Black Executive Council. She joined IBM in 2017.
