Masha Osherova
Masha Osherova is the Executive Vice President and Chief People Officer of Warner Music Group. She has over three decades of experience managing strategic HR roles at multinational corporations, including Coca-Cola and Shell.Since joining Warner Music Group in 2006, Osherova has been central to the company’s structural and strategic HR initiatives, including integrating Parlophone Label Group in 2013. Today, she is responsible for WMG’s HR functions worldwide, focusing on creating a distinctive workplace and enhancing the organization’s capabilities in line with its creative and commercial goals.
