Penny Stoker

Penny Stoker previously led the talent function supporting EY’s Executive Functions. Before that, she served as the company’s Global HR Services Leader. From 2013 to 2024, Stoker made significant contributions to its Global Talent Committee and built the HR Services team, providing operational support for more than 260,000 professionals. Prior to working at EY, Stoker led AstraZeneca’s Global HR Services division, spearheading the company’s HR transformation. She has held senior HR positions at Amersham PLC, Internet Capital Group, Cigna Corporation, and Coopers & Lybrand.
