Yasmin Kumi is the founder and CEO of Africa Foresight Group (AFG), shaping the future of work in Africa. Through her dynamic leadership, Kumi aims to establish AFG as the driving force behind the continent's largest network of adaptable top talent. Kumi's extensive background in management consulting, coupled with her love for Africa, has been the driving force behind her journey. She holds a master's degree in African studies from the prestigious University of Oxford. Prior to founding AFG, Yasmin Kumi honed her skills as a consultant at McKinsey & Company for an impressive five years.
