Christy Pambianchi is Executive Vice President (EVP) and Chief People Officer at Intel, responsible for strategy and culture. Previously, she was EVP and CHRO of Verizon as well as EVP of People and Digital and SVP of HR at Corning. Before that, Pambianchi spent 10 years in labor and employee relations, corporate organization capability, and HR at PepsiCo. She serves on the boards of the National Academy of Human Resources Foundation, the Center for Advanced Human Resource Studies at Cornell University’s School of Industrial and Labor Relations, the HR Policy Association, and the Health Transformation Alliance.
