Christina Hall

Christina Hall is the CHRO at Instacart and oversees the company’s recruiting, workplace culture, employee experience, and DE&I functions. Hall joined Instacart in 2020 as the company’s first CHRO, offering more than 20 years of experience in advancing talent at high-performing tech companies. Prior to joining Instacart, Hall served as Chief People Officer at LinkedIn and held key roles at Facebook and Intuit. Hall currently serves as a board member of the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Peninsula and is the executive sponsor of Instacart Nightshades, a Black employee resource group that aims to build a more inclusive culture by attracting, retaining, and growing the number of Black employees at Instacart.
